About me:

Hi! My name is Beatriz but everyone calls me Bia ;) I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil but also happen to be an Italian citizen. I'm a rising sophomore concentrating in Computational Neuroscience with a secondary in Theater. (I hadn't ever thought of neuro before freshman fall so be open to discovering new sides of yourself!) I'm interested in VC, neurotech, and machine consciousness (?). I love waterfalls, ice hockey, Harry Potter, quiet museum strolls, chai lattes, ballet, composing music, and writing poetry. Also (as a Brazilian) I promise the Cambridge winter can be awesome. Can't wait to meet you guys!!!
